I cannot rate Kistler Ford highly enough. They gave us time to consider our options and did not make us feel pressurised in anyway -I did
not feel that I was just a sales target, but a valued customer. This is a refreshing change to many dealerships and is one of the reasons I
wiould highly recommend them to friends and colleagues. They listened to our needs and provided the very highest levels of customer
service. Brian & Justin provided the highest quality assistance throughout. Justin worked tirelessly and beyond the call of duty to
ensure that we got the vehicle and finance plan we wanted. As our circumstances were special, he made the effort to contact Ford
Credit on our behalf and even took the time to call us on his day off to ensure that we we were being taken care of. This level of care
seems to be typical of Kistler as a whole, as they even stayed open late to allow us to complete the paperwork at our convenience.

Hi Bobby,I am very happy with your sales team and love my 2001 Ford F-150 XLT, it runs great and no problems mechanical wise, changed the air filter already, and took on some long hauls already, and runs great no problems. I have been lookin for a truck for about a year and looked at chevys and dodge, and then looked at a Ford F-150 XLT, and was everything I was lookin for in a truck, sliding rear window, right size bed, and V6 engine and comfortable for mom, but she has trouble gettin in it,haha. Plan to put a step bumper on for her later. But your sales team was very friendly and polite and answered all my questions I had about the truck and took for a test drive and it ran great and was everything I was lookin for in a truck, so thank you very much for the help in finding a good truck. thank you Lonni
